Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to bookings made at Wild One Wildlife Field Station & Nature Stay via wild1.in. The full booking amount (100%) is collected at the time of booking.
Cancellation Charges

How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, contact us by phone at 094836 51000 or email hello@wild1.in with your booking number. Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date your request is received.
Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment partner, Razorpay.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
- Any payment gateway charges, where applicable, may be deducted from the refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where Wild One must cancel a confirmed booking (for example, due to safety, weather, or events beyond our control), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
