Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Full payment (100% of the booking amount) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Meals and certain activities may be charged separately.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 12:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Guest Conduct & Property Rules

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their group, including children, during the stay and all activities.
• As a nature stay located in a wildlife area, guests must follow staff instructions, respect wildlife and the environment, and avoid littering or disturbing the natural surroundings.
• Any damage to property caused by a guest may be charged to the guest.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour, without refund.

5. Liability

Outdoor and nature-based activities carry inherent risks. Wild One shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or belongings except where caused by our proven negligence and to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for disruptions caused by weather, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sindhudurg, Maharashtra.
